Mandatory Documents

Aadhaar Card

Aadhaar Card इस योजना का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण document है। इसका उपयोग identity verification, OTP authentication, और DBT bank seeding के लिए किया जाता है । आपके Aadhaar से linked mobile number active होना चाहिए, क्योंकि हर login और status check पर OTP इसी number पर आएगा। यदि mobile number linked नहीं है, तो online application शुरू ही नहीं हो पाएगा। Aadhaar में नाम, जन्मतिथि, और address सही होना चाहिए। यदि इनमें कोई भी जानकारी गलत है, तो पहले UIDAI center जाकर correction कराएं।

Voter ID (EPIC)

Voter ID Card निवास और पहचान दोनों के लिए जरूरी है । पश्चिम बंगाल का Voter ID होना अनिवार्य है। 2026 में SIR (Special Intensive Revision) के दौरान जिन महिलाओं के नाम voter list से हटा दिए गए हैं, वे अपात्र मानी जाती हैं । यदि आपका नाम deleted elector के रूप में flagged है, तो पहले SIR Tribunal में appeal दायर करें। Voter ID में नाम और address वही होना चाहिए जो आपने application form में लिखा है।

Active Mobile Number

एक active mobile number जरूरी है जो Aadhaar से linked हो । इसी number पर OTP आएगा, application status की जानकारी मिलेगी, और payment update भी मिलेगा। यदि आपका mobile number किसी और के नाम पर है या Aadhaar से linked नहीं है, तो OTP नहीं आएगा। एक ही mobile number का उपयोग एक से अधिक applications के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता।

Additional Documents

Bank Passbook

Bank passbook या account statement जरूरी है । खाता single-holder होना चाहिए, यानी केवल आपके नाम पर। Joint account स्वीकार नहीं किया जाता। खाता Aadhaar-linked होना चाहिए और DBT active होना चाहिए। यदि DBT active नहीं है, तो payment आपके खाते में नहीं आएगा। आवेदन से पहले 9999*1# डायल करके Aadhaar-bank linking status check करें।

Ration Card

Digital Ration Card (BPL/AAY/PHH) की जानकारी देनी होती है । Ration card number application form में भरना होता है। यदि ration card नहीं है, तो भी application कर सकते हैं, लेकिन family identification के लिए अन्य documents देने होंगे।

Residence Proof

यदि Aadhaar address और current residence अलग हैं, तो residence proof जरूरी है । Electricity bill, water bill, या ration card को residence proof के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है ।

Passport-Size Photographs

2 passport-size photographs चाहिए । ये हाल में खींची गई हों और background साफ हो।

Form Details Required

2026 में सरकार ने 12-पेज का विस्तृत application form लागू किया है । इसमें सिर्फ personal details ही नहीं, बल्कि family की assets और income की भी जानकारी देनी होती है।

Family Information

परिवार के मुखिया और सभी सदस्यों के नाम, जन्मतिथि, लिंग, Aadhaar number, EPIC number, और bank account details भरनी होती हैं । एक परिवार के लिए केवल एक ही form भरा जा सकता है, लेकिन उसमें कई महिलाओं (सास, बहू, बेटी) के नाम जोड़े जा सकते हैं।

House and Land Details

Form में बताना होता है कि घर में कितने permanent (pucca) rooms हैं । यदि आपके घर में 3 या अधिक pakke kamre हैं, तो आपको exclusion category में रखा जा सकता है (हालांकि बाद में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिए इसमें ढील दी गई) । Land ownership की जानकारी भी देनी होती है। यदि परिवार के किसी सदस्य के नाम पर जमीन है, तो land registration documents, mutation certificate, और Record of Rights (RoR) जमा करने होते हैं ।

Vehicle and Insurance Details

यदि परिवार के किसी सदस्य के पास four-wheeler है, तो vehicle registration number और model बताना होता है । Health insurance, Kisan Credit Card, या अन्य credit cards की जानकारी भी देनी होती है ।

यदि आपके घर में 3 kamre हैं, तो क्या आप अभी भी eligible हैं? ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में हाँ, लेकिन municipal corporation areas में नहीं ।

Documents for Special Cases

If Name Mismatch

यदि Aadhaar, Voter ID, और bank passbook में नाम की spelling अलग है, तो पहले सभी documents में नाम एक समान कराएं। Aadhaar में correction के लिए UIDAI center जाएं। Bank passbook में नाम बदलने के लिए बैंक शाखा जाएं। यदि correction संभव नहीं, तो affidavit बनवाकर जमा करें।

If Land Documents Missing

यदि land records नहीं हैं, तो Block Land Record Office से RoR (Record of Rights) की copy प्राप्त करें । Mutation certificate भी जरूरी है। यदि जमीन ancestral है और documents नहीं हैं, तो local panchayat से verification कराएं।

If Bank Account is Joint

यदि आपका bank account joint है, तो single-holder account खोलें या existing account को single-holder में convert कराएं। Joint account से DBT payment नहीं मिल सकता।

Common Mistakes

Missing or Blur Documents

यदि uploaded documents blur हैं या incomplete हैं, तो verification fail हो सकती है। सभी documents की clear scan copy या photo upload करें। File size 1MB से कम होनी चाहिए।

Name and Address Mismatch

Aadhaar, Voter ID, और application form — तीनों में नाम और address एक समान होना चाहिए। एक भी spelling अलग होने पर application reject हो सकता है। उदाहरण के लिए, “Mohd.” और “Mohammad” को अलग माना जाता है।

Multiple Bank Accounts

यदि आपके पास एक से अधिक bank accounts हैं, तो यह स्पष्ट नहीं होता कि DBT किस account में linked है। सभी accounts की transaction history check करें और BDO office को सही account की जानकारी दें।

Inactive DBT

यदि DBT active नहीं है, तो payment pending रहेगा। बैंक जाकर DBT activation form भरें। कुछ बैंक net banking से भी activate कर सकते हैं।

Application submit करने के बाद verification में 2 से 4 हफ्ते लग सकते हैं। Payment verification पूरी होने के बाद अगले cycle में आता है। सरकार ने कहा है कि भुगतान हर महीने के दूसरे सप्ताह में किया जाएगा ।

Latest Updates 2026

अगस्त 2026 — सरकार ने ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में 3 से अधिक kamre वाले घरों और 50 dismil से अधिक जमीन वाली महिलाओं के लिए eligibility criteria में ढील दी । सरकार ने खुद माना कि July beneficiary list में 20% error था।

सितंबर 2026 — सरकार ने 17 सितंबर को 1.58 करोड़ महिलाओं को भुगतान जारी करने की घोषणा की, लेकिन कई महिलाओं को अब भी पैसा नहीं मिला ।

सितंबर 2026 — कई जिलों में women ने BDO offices और panchayat offices का घेराव किया, क्योंकि applications complete होने के बाद भी payment नहीं आया ।
